- Additional street parking available on nearby side streets if lot is full

- Enter through the main front entrance off N Dale Mabry Hwy
- The office is on the ground floor — no elevator needed
- Look for the Now & Zen Wellness signage at the door
- If the door is locked, ring the bell — sessions start promptly, so arrive a few minutes early
- A comfortable waiting area is available inside

We're conveniently located on N Dale Mabry Hwy — one of Tampa's main north-south corridors, accessible from I-275, Veterans Expressway, and I-75.
Via I-275 North
- Take I-275 North from downtown Tampa
- Take exit 52 toward Bearss Ave / N Dale Mabry Hwy
- Merge onto N Dale Mabry Hwy heading north
- Continue approximately 1.5 miles — the office is on your right at 14021 N Dale Mabry Hwy
- Turn right into the parking lot just before the building
Via N Dale Mabry Hwy South
- Head south on N Dale Mabry Hwy
- Pass Ehrlich Road — the office is approximately 0.5 miles further south
- 14021 N Dale Mabry Hwy will be on your left
- Turn left into the parking lot
Via Bruce B. Downs & Ehrlich Rd
- Head west on Ehrlich Rd from Bruce B. Downs Blvd
- Continue west on Ehrlich Rd approximately 7 miles
- Turn left (south) onto N Dale Mabry Hwy
- The office is 0.5 miles ahead on your right at 14021
Via Veterans Expressway / Gunn Hwy
- Take Veterans Expressway (SR-589) North or use Gunn Hwy
- Head east on Gunn Hwy toward N Dale Mabry Hwy
- Turn right (north) onto N Dale Mabry Hwy
- Continue approximately 2 miles — office at 14021 on your right

HART Bus — Route 39 (Dale Mabry)
The Hillsborough Area Regional Transit (HART) Route 39 runs along N Dale Mabry Hwy and stops near our office. From downtown Tampa, board the Route 39 northbound and exit at or near the Ehrlich Rd / N Dale Mabry stop — our office is a short walk from there.
