Sharing
I do not sell your personal information. I do not send spam. For scheduling with certain insurance providers, I may use HIPAA-compliant platforms like Headway, Tava, and Alma; based on your primary insurance, I’ll send you a link to the appropriate platform once I receive your primary insurance provider. I’m credentialed with some insurance providers and not others within those three entities—see the FAQ (“Do you accept insurance?”) for specifics.
Data Retention & Security
We retain information only as long as necessary for scheduling and record-keeping, and we apply reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your Choices
You may request access, updates, or deletion of your information where legally permitted. Contact us for requests or questions.
Find answers to common questions about therapy and our services.
What can I expect in my first session?
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you may have. This session helps us determine if we're a good fit to work together.
How long does therapy typically last?
The duration of therapy varies depending on your individual needs and goals. Some clients find benefit in short-term therapy (8-12 sessions), while others prefer longer-term support. We'll regularly check in on your progress and adjust as needed.
Do you accept insurance?

What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. We understand emergencies happen and will handle those situations with compassion.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
Therapy can be beneficial for anyone looking to improve their mental health, relationships, or overall wellbeing. If you're experiencing distress, life transitions, or simply want personal growth, therapy may be helpful. We offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs.
